All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.
- The merchandise offered under lelobby.com is presented on the Website in the format of digital photographs of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
- Please note that merchandise presented on the lelobby.com Website may no longer be available at the time of the customer’s visit to the Website and that the respective prices may have changed. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs (which will be notified to you separately).
- lelobby.com is entitled to perform partial deliveries.
Conclusion of contract
- The contract between you and lelobby.com is not entered into until we send the ordered merchandise to you. By sending the order form provided on our website to us you make a binding offer to enter into the contract. You finalize the order by entering all information during the order process and sending the order form to us by clicking on the "submit order" button.
- lelobby.com is entitled to reject orders without indicating any reasons, in particular if there is well-founded suspicion that the merchandise purchased via the internet is to be sold to third parties commercially.
Saving of Contract
We save your order data. If you wish to receive a print-out of your order, you can print out an "order confirmation". This order confirmation will appear on your screen once you have completed the process by clicking on "submit order" and once your credit card data have been successfully checked. Furthermore, you receive the order confirmation with all given data by email which may be printed out as well.

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping and other costs. Exchanges received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
lelobby.com will only accept exchanges of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item only once.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are NOT shipped via our courier.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The articles will be ready to be shipped in 3 working days, adding 1-2 working days for transportation inside Lebanon.
Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside Lebanon?
All prices include shipping. Please note, that customs taxes, duties and handling fees for your country will be applied and invoiced separately through the courier company. Please note that potential foreign bank charges have to be borne by you.
How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?
The prices are set by the local customs. You should contact them directly.
When will I receive order for exchanged items?
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the exchange process. Please note that exchange is non-transferable.
